On the heels of a wet spring comes another challenge for Gulf Coast residents– what could be the busiest hurricane season in the Atlantic/Gulf since 2012.

All gates at Possum Kingdom Lake's Morris Sheppard Dam have been closed. The BRA closed the remaining gate Saturday evening. The current release is about 750 cubic feet per second.
