Description: Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment and incidentals necessary to satisfactorily design, fabricate, manufacture, furnish, deliver, install, construct, test, and place into service the components and complete assemblies for the Loading Dock and Fishing Pier and associated improvements, including components, features and accessories complete as specified herein. No Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting is required for this project. The project site is located at a public park with public accessibility. A Site Location Map (Figure 1) for the project site is provided in Exhibit A. Prospective Bidders are encouraged to visit the site to obtain information about existing site conditions. All communication regarding this RFB shall be conducted in accordance with Section 9. RFB Communications.
