The Brazos River Authority’s bi-monthly Board of Directors meeting will be held at 9 a.m. Monday, May 24, 2021.

At its January meeting, the Brazos River Authority Board of Directors agreed to increase the number of times the Board meets per year to accommodate the organization's increased project activity. For many years, the Board met on a quarterly basis but will now meet bi-monthly on the last Monday of January, March, May, July, September and November.

The May meeting will again be held via live stream on the BRA's YouTube channel. You may access the live stream by clicking here or by clicking the link from the BRA website home page on the day of the meeting.

A meeting agenda posting will be available here no later than the close of business Thursday, May 20. The agenda will also include a link to the meeting live stream along with links to each topic’s PowerPoint presentation. Agendas for committee meetings held prior to the main Board meeting will also be available at this link.

Members of the public are welcome to attend all BRA Board meetings, and public comment is welcome. Public comment is heard at the beginning of the meeting, with each speaker provided three minutes to address the Board.

Audio and video minutes of previous meetings are available here, and actions taken by the Board may be viewed by the meeting date here.
