January Board of Directors Quarterly Meeting
The Brazos River Authority’s regular quarterly Board of Directors meeting will be held at 9 a.m. Monday, Jan. 25, 2020.
The Board currently meets quarterly on the last Monday of January, April, July and October. Meetings are usually held at the BRA’s Central Office in Waco and are open to the public in person and via live-streaming on the BRA's YouTube channel.
During the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, the Board will continue to hold all meetings virtually. You may access the live stream by clicking here or by clicking the link from the BRA website home page on the day of the meeting.
A meeting agenda posting will be available here no later than the close of business Thursday, Jan. 21. The agenda will also include a link to the meeting live stream along with links to each topic’s PowerPoint presentation. Agendas for committee meetings held prior to the main Board meeting will also be available at this link.
Members of the public are welcome to attend all BRA Board meetings, and public comment is welcome. Public comment is heard at the beginning of each meeting and will, of course, also be provided virtually. For those who would like to address the Board during a virtual meeting, public comment will look slightly different.
To make a public comment, please send a notice in advance of the meeting via an email to information@brazos.org no later than 7:30 a.m. the day of the meeting: Monday, Jan. 25, 2021. Emails must include the subject “Board Meeting Public Comment” in the email subject line.
To provide public comment, please use Join Microsoft Teams Meeting on a computer or smartphone at the beginning of the Board meeting. As a courtesy, when joining the meeting, please mute your computer or phone audio. Your name will be called during the appropriate public comment period. Once you’ve made your comment, you are free to leave the Teams Meeting or remain with your microphone muted.
